Introduction

This product contains retinol in lower concentrations than found in A 0.5 DROPS / A 0.5 SERUM or A 1.0 DROPS / A 1.0 SERUM and has been designed to wash off. This formula is NOT recommended for oily skin. It IS recommended for skin that is unstable, blemish prone, unpredictable and most likely this situation has been caused by addiction to exfoliation and benzoyl peroxide.

This product can be used while under the process of discontinuing the exfoliation and/or benzoyl peroxide. See various REFERENCE TOPICS for discussion of weaning away from peels and benzoyl peroxide.

The product is washed off to avoid further metabolic load to a weakened skin. It was proven biochemically in the early 2000’s that a signal effect from active metabolites, like retinol, occurred with seconds after topical application. In other words, the desired activity occurs and it is not necessary to continue sustained dwell time in the skin where “digestive” energy must be spent and a weak skin cannot afford.

We recommend a five (5) minute dwell time of CLARIFYING DROPS before removal using REVIVE.

UNSTABLE, BLEMISH PRONE SKIN

1. Apply CLARIFYING DROPS three times per week, evenings. Spread with REVIVE.
2. Allow five (5) minutes maximum dwell time.
3. Apply REVIVE again and smooth in. Rinse very well.
4. Re-apply REVIVE and leave-on.
5. You may mix a smidgen of REMEDY with REVIVE if you are in need of more barrier protection from the environment.
6. Avoid moisturizers, other actives, sunblock until skin is very stable.

Heavy makeup usage

Heavy moisturizer usage
