Can I purchase products online?
No. Your ability to self-diagnose and select products could lead to problems or unnecessary purchases. Our telephone consultations will help you in discussing your situation with a 302 skincare professional in your area.

What if I don't want to see a skincare professional or there is no one in my area?
We will do our best to satisfy your needs. A phone call will usually get things resolved simply.

I want to look younger, will I need expensive procedures in addition to 302?
Any at-home regime will be improved by procedures provided by an expert facialist or medical practitioner. We can guide you based on your budget. There are also a number of inexpensive procedures that will generate big gains, such as ultrasound, as well as procedures you can do at-home. We recommend what will work for you. Trying to rush results is the single biggest mistake in skin care - this includes topicals and procedures. We find that moving progressively up the ladder of performance in topicals and procedures is less expensive and more effective than jumping in and experiencing expensive disappointment or worse.

Do you provide samples?
No. Sample sizes do not provide enough product to effect results or gauge improvement.

Do you guarantee results?
No. But, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your unused portion of product and we will refund your full purchase price (less shipping).

I have a favorite product I have always used so do I have to give that up if I use 302?
Your regime will be determined by you and your 302 specialist together - it may or may not include your "old favorite" - but we will ensure that you do not feel deprived. Our experience is that continuous use of any topical product leads to skin fatigue. We prefer that you apply a minimum number of products, precisely tailored to your situation with planned dose scheduling. Using topical products willy-nilly results in drab, weak skin.

Do you use exfoliating  acids?
No. Our topicals are all completely acid-free. The use of charged particles (acids) leads to weakened skin, and exfoliated skin is vulnerable to excess pigmentation and sun damage. We do have an acid-free exfoliator which normally would be used a few times per year.

Can 302 improve acne scars?
Yes. Often though this requires a combination of procedures and 302. Some of those procedures you can do, others require an expert. Scars can be improved if the matrix of scar tissue can be softened and then infiltrated with new capillary growth - the older scars are more difficult to smooth than younger scars and too, younger people respond with less prompting and procedures than older people. Procedures may include ultrasound, needling, laser smoothing, radio frequency - we can guide you. We will work closely with the professionals who provide these services to give you the best possible result.

Can 302 drugs cure rosacea or dermatitis?
We are not a drug company nor do we sell drugs. We can say that 302 is very effective in reducing or eliminating the appearance of rosacea and dermatitis when used according to our instructions.

I have heard that 302 cures keratosis?
We do not provide a cure for keratosis. We are, however, able to reduce or eliminate the appearance of this condition in most cases and without side effects.
