Can I purchase products online?
We sell exclusively to skincare professionals. Your ability to self-diagnose and select products could lead to problems or unnecessary purchases. Discuss your situation with a 302 skincare professional in your area for best results.
What if I don't want to see a skincare professional or there is no one in my area?
Click on “submit” at the home page of our website and you will be directed to 302 skincare professionals who will discuss your situation over the phone.
I want to look younger, will I need expensive procedures in addition to 302?
Any home care regime will be enhanced by procedures provided by an expert skincare practitioner. But, trying to hurry results is the single biggest mistake in skincare. We find that moving progressively and building from a simple, effective home care regime is more effective than going “all out” and experiencing expensive disappointment or worse. Skin rejuvenation is a process, not a procedure. Astonishing results do not often follow astonishing prices.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, 302 professionals do have samples for testing. Clarity, Eye Firming Serum and Ointment Rx are the most effective products that will demonstrate an immediate benefit. The other 302 product samples require more than 1 gram to effect visible change but will give you the benefit of knowing whether they are compatible with your skin.
I have a favorite product I have always used so do I have to give that up if I use 302?
Your regime will be determined by you and your 302 skincare professional together - it may or may not include your "old favorite" but we will ensure that you do not feel deprived. We prefer that you apply a minimum number of products, precisely tailored to your situation with planned dose scheduling. Using topical products willy-nilly results in drab, weak skin.
Do you use provide exfoliating acids for home care?
302 has no exfoliation program based on acids. Continuously exfoliated skin by chemical means is vulnerable to excess pigmentation and sun damage. 302 uses a non-chemical approach to congested skin that relies on enzymes. This technique provides far less susceptibility to pigmentation excesses, irritation and sun damage from photosensitization than exfoliating acids do.
Can 302 improve acne scars?
Yes. Scars can be improved if the matrix of scar tissue can be softened and then infiltrated with new blood vessels - the older scars are more difficult to smooth than younger scars and too, younger people respond with less prompting and procedures than older people. Your 302 Skincare professional will have a variety of procedures in hand which may include ultrasound, needling, laser smoothing, radio frequency and more. We will work closely with the professionals who provide these services to give you the best possible result.
Can 302 cure rosacea or dermatitis or skin diseases? 302 often reduces or eliminates the appearance of rosacea and dermatitis when applied under the supervision of a skincare professional. We should point out that 302 does not cure any disease nor should the products be used to treat any disease.
